We recently hired the motorhome “Frankie G” from Neil for our family trip to Bestival, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!

Neil was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything was ready for our adventure. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the motorhome, giving us a thorough walkthrough of all its features. His friendly and approachable manner made the whole process so easy, and he even gave us a few extra tips for enjoying the festival with the kids.

As for Frankie G, the motorhome was a dream! Spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, it truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals on the go. We especially loved the cozy seating area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of music and festivities.

Frankie G made our Bestival experience even more special. It provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the festival, offering both comfort and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to enjoy our family holiday.

Thank you, Neil, for making our trip so memorable! We highly recommend Frankie G to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable motorhome experience. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next adventure!

I find that often in life, you learn far more about a person/company when things go sideways than when things are smooth sailing. Ill get to this story, but first, I want to share my preparation with Neil.

There was full disclosure regarding this motorhome, including not only a description but also a detailed video. This was huge for the comfort level and a great experience. We were excited coming in to the trip. Please watch his videos!

Now the story - less than 2 weeks before my family’s vacation, I received a disturbing email from the site I contacted Neil through. Only bad news about insurance regulations and not information on how to resolve. Neil on the hand was a rockstar. He was quick in communicating, persistently worked the problem, and provided solutions that were far beyond his responsibility or personal benefit to offer!!

Life doesnt always go the way you want, but I am always grateful in those moments to meet someone like Neil. I cant recommend him or his company highly enough! Blessings!

This was our first time and we were not disappointed! Neil was the perfect host with great communication, handover and care of Bernie G meaning we had zero problems from start to finish. Bernie was a dream to drive, it is equipped with everything you need (and didn't know you needed) and the open plan design of the van made it feel super spacious. This was a perfect rental for us. From the moment we first made the booking, to the moment we handed Bernie G back to Neil and Lisa, it was all spot-on.

The handover video was great, allowing us to check things over again, without having to ask lots of questions.

Just returned from a fabulous trip in Bernie G to Woodhall Spa Lincolnshire, Bernie exceeded expectations, really comfortable and spacious and very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. I must admit that before the trip I was a little worried about the driving of a motorhome as I normally travel in a T5 but needed more space for this particular trip. I should not have worried, it was a pleasure to drive and had no problems at all in adjusting to Bernie G. The hand over was quick and easy and the on line hand over video Neil supplied was excellent and allowed me to refer back when I needed to find anything whilst away. This is a first class motorhome I only wished I was away for longer we really had a great time, Thanks Neil & Lisa for such a great experience.

Despite the weather being awful we booked Bernie G, to give us comfort, warmth and all the amenities. We had a brilliant trip as a family of four plus the dog. We had a great holiday in Bernie G, communication with Neil was great from the time of booking up to our collection, really flexible on pick up times. Bernie G was great to spend a week travelling around Pembrokeshire, really luxurious and air conditioning was a real bonus as the weather was amazing, we would definitely book again. The video was also an added bonus as we were first time motor home users.

Great weekend camping at Silverstone, way pick up, easy communication, Neil is a great guy, camper was brilliant easy to use, all explained in video and then in person, made the whole rental easy, just of M1, easy pick up. Left clothes behind and Neil posted them to us.

We had a fantastic time away & felt so lucky to have been able to rent this particular motorhome as it was exactly as described. It was very easy to drive, came with everything that could be needed for your trip away & it was obvious that it is very well looked after as it was imaculate inside & out.

Neil sent us a fantastic detailed video advising where to find everything & how everything worked which was great as it meant a quicker hand over at collection & we could also refer to it if needed whilst away.

We would definately hire this particular motorhome again.
